Distance Selling Agreement

This Distance Selling Agreement is made between the Buyer (“Customer”) and Tradyon’s Fashion, an online modest fashion boutique based in Türkiye.
By placing an order on our website, the Customer agrees to the following terms.

  2. Subject of the Agreement
    This agreement covers the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically through www.tradyonsfashion.com� and establishes the rights and responsibilities of both the Seller and the Customer.
  3. Product Information & Payment
    All product details including model, color, size, quantity, and price are displayed clearly on the product and checkout pages.
    Payments are processed securely via iyzico using supported payment methods (credit card, debit card, installments, etc.).
  4. Delivery
    Orders are shipped internationally to the address provided by the Customer at checkout.
    Processing times: 3–7 business days.
    Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.
    Delays caused by customs or the shipping company are not the responsibility of the Seller.
  5. Returns and Exchanges Policy
    Tradyon’s Fashion does not accept returns or exchanges, due to:
    International shipping procedures
    Customs limitations
    Hygiene standards for clothing items
    Customers must ensure that sizes, colors, fabrics, and styles are correct before completing an order.
  6. Refund Policy
    Refunds are not provided unless:
    The item arrives damaged,
    OR the wrong product is delivered.
    In such cases:
    The Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
    Proof (clear photos or video) must be provided.
    After verification, a refund may be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  7. Seller Responsibilities
    The Seller is responsible for ensuring that products match the descriptions and are free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.
    The Seller is not responsible for:
    Delays caused by customs
    Shipping company errors
    Incorrect addresses provided by the Customer
  8. Enforcement of Agreement
    By placing an order on www.tradyonsfashion.com�, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this Distance Selling Agreement.
    This contract becomes effective electronically without the need for a physical signature.
